Documentary Film of Financial Reporting In Ethiopia financial documentary

Is their an interest/want within the Ethiopian governmental and private framework for young diaspora Ethiopians who are educated and established in the fields of finance and accounting to help with Ethiopia’s development in this regard? If I use myself as an example I live in Canada and I’m almost finished an honours bachelor degree in finance at a recognized Canadian university I want to gain an MBA here in Canada and possible CFA designation; would there be a want/incentive for Ethiopian diaspora like me to get involved in Ethiopia? And if so then what are the best approaches?
