Sh. Jairam Ramesh's Remarks | The Finance Bill 2017 financial bill

Very nicely explained flaws in the finance bill. But rajya sabha has no power to amend finance bill but these clause can be introduced as simple amendment act so that more debate could have happened on these issue. But our speaker is the sole authority to determine that it is a money bill or not. Sir if someone read my post I want to know is speaker power to declare a bill is a money is judicially reviewable ??
